STK Grille is Onyx On Sharpe’s restaurant with a menu that features a prime steaks sourced from primarily WA’s great southern district and our Wagyu coming predominantly from Queensland, we source our seafood direct from the Trawlers in Point Samson, the STK menu features Red Emperor, Gold Band Snapper, Coral Trout and locally caught prawns and Bugs that are delivered fresh weekly, and from Thursday to Saturday in the Alfresco area we have a Bar Specials menu that offers a casual menu for patrons looking for a casual pub style menu.
