STK Grille is Onyx On Sharpe’s restaurant with a menu that features a prime steaks sourced from primarily WA’s great southern district and our Wagyu coming predominantly from Queensland, we source our seafood direct from the Trawlers in Point Samson, the STK menu features Red Emperor, Gold Band Snapper, Coral Trout and locally caught prawns and Bugs that are delivered fresh weekly, and from Thursday to Saturday in the Alfresco area we have a Bar Specials menu that offers a casual menu for patrons looking for a casual pub style menu.

Festive Season 2019

Our festive menu runs from 21st November until 24th December, with a special buffet menu designed for Christmas Day.
To celebrate all things festive, we invite you to end your year in style in one of our function spaces.

Our delicious selection of all-inclusive packages and tailor made alternatives are designed to suit every appetite.
Allow your guests to enjoy a generous selection of canapes prepared by locally sourced produce and made fresh on site by our team of Chefs. You also have the option of indulging in a premium Christmas Buffet, set menu or a Churrasco BBQ experience.

The Christmas period is a particularly busy time and as a result there are certain dates when we will require a non-refundable deposit to be paid or a pre-order to be placed. Please look out for this information when making your booking.
